I am writing to formally complain about the unacceptable service and poor communication I experienced today regarding my order.

I followed up on my order at 06:41 am after previously being told that the courier could not reach me on my cellphone. This is concerning, as no missed calls, messages, or communication attempts were received on my side. The only reason any communication occurred is because I followed up on my own.

I only received feedback at 12:11 pm, advising that I should collect the parcel at the police station and that the courier would be there until 12:30. Please note that I was at work at the time, and reaching the police station requires time and arrangements.

Despite this, I immediately made my way there and arrived at 13:10. Upon arrival, I was informed that the courier had already left and that he cannot wait for more than an hour. This response is unacceptable and contradicts the information provided to me.

The lack of proper communication, the false claim that I could not be reached, the unrealistic timeframe given, and the decision to return my order despite my effort to collect it demonstrate poor service, lack of accountability, and unprofessional conduct.

I require urgent clarification on:

Why it was stated that I could not be reached when no attempt is evident

Why the communicated collection deadline was not honoured

Why my order is being returned despite my immediate action

How this matter will be resolved urgently without further inconvenience to me

I expect a prompt response and a clear resolution.

Speedaf scammed me my goods, they just updated that they delivered the package to me. Even written my name.

faked a signature by signing with my initials, and I don't use my initials as signature, claiming I signed for the parcel, sent it to China, my parcel was not delivered to me, I tried calling and sending emails, no reply and lines not working, I tried to tell the Hong Kong brother United that I didn't receive my parcel, they say they want proof, yet the speedaf sent them a fraud proof that I received without me receiving the goods. I feel so shutted. I want my money back, R6000 is a lot of money, I saved month for it, that courier company should be closed and blacklisted. I purchased an iPhone on AliExpress via the Hong Kong brother limited...

Speedaf is a fraudulent company stealing peoples goods.

And I paid a lot of money for tax as well. This are screenshots of me attempting to contact them.

The courier speedaf is very lousy, and the staff is rude, and lie to their customers. Yesterday on the 23rd of February 2026 my parcel was scanned out for delivery at 08:43, at 08:54 the parcel was rescheduled due to me not answering my phone, but I was not once phoned or whatsapped by the driver.

I then whatsapped him and he never resoponded to any of my my messages, I messaged the number provided by shein and they told me they will follow up with the driver, I never heard back from them. When I tried to phone them both number went straight to voicemail. That gives me the indication this driver is not doing his job, he is hanging around taking money. No one from speedaf wants to assist you with your problem, and they are very rude.

The drivers name is Postso Baloyi, and I am still waiting for him to whatsapp me back. Very poor service, no one should use this useless courier.
